Stephen is an experienced and passionate consumer brands specialist whose career spans manufacturing, distribution and retail channels.
Stephen currently sits as a Non Executive Director and Chairman of Temple & Webster Limited (ASX:TPW), and is Non Executive Director of prominent private companies, Total Tools and Glasshouse Fragrances. His executive career included being the Managing Director and CEO of Fantastic Holdings and Rebel Sport whilst listed on the ASX.

Glenn began his professional career in the audit division of Coopers and Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers), where he obtained his chartered accounting qualifications. He then worked for a number of organisations where he developed core competencies in leading business growth and transformation initiatives.
Glenn has built his broad commercial and strategic perspective across multiple business sectors including manufacturing, consumer goods, hospitality, retail and services. He has worked at large organisations including Lion Nathan (now Lion Co) and George Weston Foods, and at smaller entrepreneurial businesses including specialty retailer Macro Wholefoods Market (now owned by Woolworths Limited).
Glenn joined RedHill at the beginning of 2012, and quickly took the lead on recovery actions to fix and transform the then struggling organisation and deliver sustainable revenue and profit growth. He has overseen the re-establishment of employee and investor confidence in the organisation, and implemented strategies to take advantage of emerging opportunities in the private tertiary education market.
William Deane is a Non-executive Director and Founder of RedHill Education. William is a founder and Director of Exto Partners Pty Ltd, a Sydney-based investment company formed in 2003. William is a director of several of Exto Partners’ investee companies and is experienced at building high growth companies. He has practised as a corporate lawyer in Australia with Blake Dawson and in the United States with Skadden Arps and Sidley Austin. As a lawyer he focussed on equity capital markets and mergers and acquisitions.
Sandra Hook has 25+ years' experience developing and implementing commercially successful business and brand strategies, driving growth and leading change. She has a track record in delivering customer-centred business transformation and transitioning traditional organisations in rapidly evolving environments.
A former CEO, COO, Marketing Director, Publisher and Editor, Sandra has held senior executive roles with some of Australia’s largest media companies including News Limited, Foxtel, Federal Publishing Company, Murdoch Magazines and Fairfax. She brings a strong focus on customer-centric growth and digital innovation at Board level.
Since 2000 she has served as a non-executive director on listed, public and private companies, and government bodies. Sandra is currently director of ASX listed digital/technology companies: RXP Services Ltd (ASX: RXP); and MedAdvisor Ltd (ASX: MDR); as well as Australia’s leading listed diversified marketing communications company IVE Group Limited (ASX: IGL) and the Sydney Fish Market Ltd. She is a trustee of the Sydney Harbour Federation Trust.
