RedHill Education was founded in 2006. Today it comprises a number of specialist education and agency businesses, each with specific focus within the education sector.

More than 4,000 students from Australia and 50 other countries enrolled in RedHill Group schools in FY2011. And that number continues to grow.
Our student base is diverse - in any single week about one-third of our students come from Australia, and over half come from the high growth economies of Asia and Latin America. The remainder come from countries in Europe and elsewhere.
The RedHill Group is registered and approved to offer Certificate programs, Diplomas, Advanced Diplomas, Associate Degrees and Bachelor Degrees.
The RedHill Education Board brings together a number of Directors with significant experience in building successful growth businesses and others with specific education industry knowledge. Its highly skilled management team and senior staff collectively have over 100 years of education experience, and also have proven track records in merger integration with high growth businesses.
RedHill Education is focused on identifying acquisition and organic growth opportunities for future investments in the domestic and international education sectors.
Executive Management Team

Andrew Leary is the CEO of RedHill Education. Andrew has more than 20 years’ senior management experience across the international education, property and tourism sectors. He founded the International School of Management Sydney (ICMS) and served as its General Manager for 12 years where he achieved 11 consecutive years of growth in student enrolments. During this time he developed a successful student recruitment and marketing network across 21 countries and established national and international academic partnerships. Subsequently, Andrew was based in Switzerland where he advised on the sale of international hotel school Cesar Ritz Colleges.

Ben Lunn is the Principal of Greenwich College. He has spent the past 10 years working in the education sector, initially as an instructor then in operations, marketing and management. He spent four years teaching and managing in Japan before returning to Brisbane where he was a Business Development Manager at an emerging Registered Training Organisation, sourcing education business through Asia. Ben has spent the past three years as the Marketing Manager and Principal of Greenwich. He is a registered IELTS Examiner.

Edward Keller is an Executive Director and the Managing Director of AIT. He has spent over five years working in the education sector and the past five years as Managing Director of AIT. Edward is an engineer by training with more than 20 years experience in managing business in North America, Asia, the Middle East and Australia and has led successful teams in technology development and implementation for energy supply, alternative fuels, energy efficiency, environmental protection and technical education.

Gavin Dowling is the Managing Director of Go Study Australia. Gavin has 14 years’ experience in international education marketing and management in the United Kingdom, Spain and Australia. He has worked directly for schools, operated agencies in Europe and Australia and provided consulting services. This breadth of experience has given Gavin unique insights and deep knowledge of the international education industry both in Australian and around the world.

Luke Harrison is the General Manager of the International School of Colour and Design. He has spent the past 10 years working across all departments within the school and has been General Manager for the last 3 years. During this time, he has been responsible for the growth of the business with a focus on delivery to new markets such as distance education and on building the brand to the premier position it holds today.
Board Of Directors

Bill Beerworth is the Non-executive Chairman of RedHill Education. Before founding Beerworth & Partners Limited, Bill held a number of senior corporate positions including Executive director of HSBC Australia Limited. Bill was a Senior Partner of Mallesons Stephen Jaques where he specialised in corporate law, particularly in mergers & acquisitions and IPOs. Bill was also Senior Assistant Secretary of the Australian Attorney General's Department responsible for corporate and securities policy. Bill is Chairman of Beerworth & Partners Limited and Contango Capital Partners Limited. He was Chairman of the Macquarie Graduate School of Management and a member of the Financial System Inquiry (the Wallis Inquiry) on the restructure of the Australian financial system.

William Deane is a Non-executive Director and Founder of RedHill Education. William is a founder and Director of Exto Partners Pty Ltd, a Sydney-based investment company formed in 2003. William is a director of several of Exto Partners' investee companies and is experienced at building high growth companies. He has practised as a corporate lawyer in Australia with Blake Dawson and in the United States with Skadden Arps and Sidley Austin. As a lawyer he focussed on equity capital markets and mergers and acquisitions.

Dr Chris Clark is a non-executive Director of RedHill Education. Dr Clark has an impressive tertiary education background and has lectured in the Macquarie Graduate School of Management’s MBA program for more than 15 years. He is also a professional consultant in strategy and strategic marketing. Prior to this, he held senior marketing positions with Canon Australia and Fisons Pharmaceuticals. He holds a B.V.Sc from Sydney University, an MBA, an MA (Management Research Methods) and PhD (in corporate strategy) from Macquarie University.
